AI Medical Scribe

As an AI Medical Scribe, you’ll work closely with healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real time using advanced AI technology.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely medical documentation.

  • Assist in capturing detailed patient histories, physical exams, and treatment plans.

  • Use AI tools to generate comprehensive medical notes.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and medical standards.

Prior Authorization Specialist

In this role, you’ll ensure that patients receive the medical treatments they need by handling insurance approvals and prior authorizations.

  • Review and submit prior authorization requests for medical procedures, treatments, and medications.

  • Communicate with insurance companies to secure approvals.

  • Follow up with healthcare providers and patients regarding authorization status.

  • Ensure all documentation complies with payer requirements.

EHR Medical Records Specialist

As an EHR Medical Records Specialist, you’ll manage patient health records and ensure they are accurately maintained within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

  • Organize and maintain patient health records within the EHR system.

  • Assist healthcare providers by retrieving and reviewing medical records as needed.

  • Ensure patient information is secure, complete, and up-to-date.
