COMMON QUESTIONS

Support that scales with you.

KCCA provides clinical and administrative support across four core areas: prior authorizations and referral management, AI-supported live medical scribing, front office operations (inbound scheduling calls and records support), and nurse-led care coordination including TCM and CCM support.
A real person joins the physician visit through Microsoft Teams, typically the same scribe to build a consistent relationship. We use AI-supported software to capture the interaction while the scribe builds the note in real-time, including chart prep, orders, diagnosis mapping, and charge entry. Notes are usually ready for review by the end of the next patient encounter.
We support specialty and primary care authorizations, including imaging, surgeries, referrals, medications, appeals, and peer-to-peer coordination. Our team works directly in payer portals and can even contact patients to gather missing insurance information or assist with scheduling.
Yes. We use soft phones and operate directly inside your scheduling system. KCCA can support inbound scheduling calls, message routing, medical records requests, fax management, and general front office coverage based on your existing workflows.
Yes. KCCA operates under a Business Associate Agreement and follows strict HIPAA security controls. We work with Compliancy Group for governance, carry cyber liability insurance, and our HITRUST e1 certification process is currently underway.
KCCA reduces the need for onsite FTEs, typically resulting in a cost reduction of around one-third. By using our remote workforce, you also reduce exposure to health insurance costs, employee liability, and turnover risks tied to local hiring.
No. You contract directly with KCCA USA, and we deliver services through our fully employed workforce in Argentina under KCCA leadership. We take responsibility for entire processes, working with your liaisons to ensure consistency and performance standards.
Implementation is fast and structured. Most roles can begin within weeks. We use a phased rollout model: onboarding and EHR access, followed by supervised production, and finally scaling to steady-state coverage.
Yes. KCCA is built to scale across providers and locations. We maintain consistency through standardized training and weekly reporting. Many of our clients start with five positions and scale to 50 or more team members over time.
We use standardized onboarding, documented workflows, and role-based training. Quality is reinforced through continuous monitoring, coaching, and weekly performance reporting to ensure results remain stable as your team scales.

We help clinics enhance their services.
